Within Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

AusPost Shipping (3-7 Days): $6.95 or FREE on orders over $75.00

AusPost Express Shipping (1-2 Days): $10.99

Please note that if you see a shipping rate different to the above at checkout, it means you are currently residing in a remote area.

International 

To ensure all international customers are able to get their hands on Manlogy products, we are proud to offer international shipping via Sendle, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

The chosen courier is dependent on your delivery address to ensure your order gets delivered as soon as possible.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and country.

SHIPPING TERMS

We are not responsible for missing items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, orders may take longer to arrive. Orders within Australia can expect delay of 2-4 business days while international orders may take an additional 2 weeks due to the restricted amount of ongoing flights to certain countries. Rest assured, we will monitor all orders until it reaches you smoothly. We thank you for your understanding during these tough times.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Normally, there are no duties or taxes for our orders. However, in the rare scenario that a tax is charged at customs, we are not responsible to pay for any customs taxes & fees. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned due to refusals to pay any customs duties imposed.
